Established in 1994 at Havran/Balikesir region in Western Turkey, Antgıda A.Ş. is the world’s biggest table olives factory. Its total covered area is 70.000 square meters and its annual processing and storage capacities are 85.000 and 60.000 tons respectively. Additionally, with its olive pressing unit, established in 2000 and olive oil packaging and labelling unit established in 2001, Antgıda’s olive oil factory has an annual capacity of 1.200 tons.

Owned by Turkiye Is Bankasi A.S., one of Turkey’s biggest and most reputable banking groups, Antgıda has created its own brand FORA for its olive and olive oil which are being processed under the conditions of the Standardization Institute of Turkey and in line with ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and BRC quality management systems.

FORA was launched in April 1999, quickly gained a high reputation and market share with its meticulous production and professional marketing techniques and thus became a synonym for  high standard. In addition to its primary brand FORA, its second brand DESTE, is also being distributed worldwide and in the process of increasing its global marketshare.

Antgıda’s product spectrum is very large and it processes almost all types of olives ranging from whole olives to sliced olives, green olives to black olives, stuffed olives to olive paste in various forms of packages.

Antgıda’s target is to maintain the quality consistency in its products and make FORA and DESTE synonymus  to Olive itself.
